A patient enters the hospital and is asked if she currently has a digital health record If she does not, she is asked a few standard questions about her health and medical history and a digital health profile is created for her.
This initial information becomes the basis for a digital record that she and the medical care providers she interacts with will add to throughout her hospital visit.
Via the web
The patient can easily view and enter health information to her own or her child’s profile and get updates on new treatment.
She can export her treatment schedule to her personal calendar and interact with her health care provider.
On the go
Mobile applications remind her of medications, physical therapy routines and ask for input on conditions on an ongoing basis.
